VanOnGo supports multi-stop routes with different pick-up and drop-off locations including point-to-point delivery


SCHEDULED

  • Non-Recurring deliveries.
    Pre-scheduled delivery. Delivery orders are submitted via API or transferred through file the day before. Delivery vans are dispatched to meet 2-hours time windows specified by consumers
  • Regular deliveries. Subscription.
    Delivery for the same address regularly according to pre-defined dates

SAME DAY

  • Orders are delivered on the same day and have to be submitted to the VanOnGo system before 2 p.m. VanOnGo is responsible for making deliveries before 10 p.m. on the same day
  • Submit orders before noon and have them delivered  within the 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. time slot
  • Submit orders between noon – 5 p.m. and have them delivered  before 10 p.m.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Easy and convenient return policy for your consumers. 
We offer pre-scheduled and instant returns as well as additional services like packaging materials or old house appliances exchange. Consumers can choose return slots that suit them. Orders are accepted and items returned to the warehouse or recycling points
